The Coliseum or the so-called originally the Flavian Amphitheatre of the highlights of the Italian capital Rome landmarks, the largest amphitheater built by the Romans as it can accommodate about 55,000 spectators.


Is one of the Seven Wonders of perhaps the earliest monuments closely in Rome thanks to its appearance distinctive and unique history.
 

The construction began between 70 and 72 AD under the rule of Emperor Vespasian  and was completed 80 years mainly in the reign of Titus , but has some additional changes in the reign of Domitian .

Use the past to host the games combat and fighting animals, sports competitions and offers drama.



Today it is a tourist destination frequented by tourists to see the sights of the great Romanian manifested in this ancient amphitheater and to enjoy the highest score of the internal appearance.

Outside the Colosseum Stadium find the Arch of Constantine, a high monument with a length of 25 meters, was built in 315 AD on the occasion of the victory of Constantine Maxntios.
